# Rupture de traçabilité

Dans le cas du [regroupement](/fluides-frigorigenes/informations-generales/les-bsff-specifiques-suites/regroupement.md) de déchets où **l’entreprise de destination est autorisée par arrêté préfectoral à la perte de traçabilité, cette dernière peut l’indiquer au moment de signer l'opération,** en cochant la case : 

*"Rupture de traçabilité autorisée par arrêté préfectoral pour ce déchet - la responsabilité du producteur du déchet est transférée"*
